Senior School Clubs and Activities

Interact2020-WEB

On Tuesday this week, hundreds of Senior School students made their way to the clubs and activity groups promotion to be tantalised by the wide range of offerings. Many of our students, both new and continuing, signed up for one or more groups.

Engagement in co-curricular clubs and activity groups provide opportunities for students to connect with others across year groups, develop friendships, foster interests and in many cases serve a cause beyond themselves. They provide depth and richness to a student’s school experience and can make a significant contribution to holistic wellbeing.

Abbotsleigh clubs are led by senior students and include Agriculture, Amnesty, Chess, Fairtrade, Interact, Oaktree, Photography, Tempus TV, the Weaver, World Vision and Zonta. Activity groups include AbbDiplomats, Ancient Greek, Boardgames, Coding, Cryptic Crosswords, International Masterchef and Wool for Warmth.

Details about each of these clubs and groups can be found in the back of the school diary. When and where they meet can be accessed on Student Notices.
