Vacation care

Holidays can be an anxious time for parents and students and so we endeavour to ensure that the transition from term times to holidays is as seamless as possible. Abbotsleigh works in partnership with Kids Club OSHC to run vacation care.

Children may participate in different incursions and excursions that are handpicked or suggested by the children or families. These may include cooking experiences, dance classes, coding courses, giant laser tag, indoor climbing centres and much more. We aim to provide your child with the ability to make genuine connections with other children and make the most of their school holiday with us.

Location and hours

Vacation care is located at Abbotsleigh Junior School in the Palmer Centre (22 Woonona Avenue, Wahroonga) and runs from 7.15 am-6 pm, excluding NSW public holidays.

Non-Abbotsleigh students

Please note that vacation care provides care for boys and girls aged 5 to 12 years of age.

If your child does not attend Abbotsleigh and has a medical condition, you will need to provide a medical plan with the correct medication in the original packaging with the pharmacy label on all medication. After you have completed all necessary forms, please give them to the Centre Director before your child attends the session.
