Recently at the Sydney Children’s Hospital INSPIRE School’s Art Prize 2016, four of our Year 6 students had their lino print artworks on display as finalists of this exhibition.
Students attended the opening night of the exhibition at the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick as part of its Spring Art Exhibition.

Whilst two of our students Celine Hu and Amelie Kumarasinghe were viewing the artwork, Dr Aimee Wiseman, an Abbotsleigh Old Girl (Class of 2001) and Paediatric Registrar, Sydney Children's Hospital, spotted the girls in their Abbotsleigh uniforms and introduced herself.
Dr Wiseman chatted to the girls about her memories of Abbotsleigh, congratulated them on their artworks and posed for these photographs. Thank you Dr Wiseman for making yourself known to the girls.

The exhibition, INSPIRE! School Art Prize 2016 will be on display until 24 November on Level 1 of the Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.
