Maths and Science Week Soars into the Junior School!

It has been a wonderful week of celebrating all things Mathematics and Science in Junior School with the biennial Maths and Science Week taking place. All girls from Transition through to Year 6 have been involved in activities ranging from sheep brain dissection, paper plane throwing competitions, water rockets and workshops with Professor Maths.

Girls also had the opportunity to get creative by dressing up in a space theme to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the moon landing. We have had astronauts, aliens, comets, planets and even some Darth Vader and ET characters roaming the playground. The girls' creativity with their home-made costumes has been out of this world!

A big thank you to the Maths and Science Team for planning a week full of rich and exciting activities for the girls.
