AbbCyclists Hit The Road

By Tony Moffatt | Year 2 Dad and AbbCyclist
As parents, we are becoming increasingly aware that mental health is an issue that could affect our families, and increasingly scared about how little control or influence we might have over it. A call to Lifeline might just be the thing that makes an important difference.
A group of Year 2 Abbotsleigh parents combined the desire for a little exercise and an excuse to get together on Saturday mornings with some fundraising activity to complete the 27 km Bobbin Head Cycle Classic and procure donations of almost $1,700 for Lifeline.
The Abbcyclists (who include both dads and mums riding everything from mountain bikes to serious road gear) intend to continue with their early morning weekend rides (and coffees) and would welcome any other interested members of the Abbotsleigh community. Please contact Abbcycles for more information.
