Netball skills with Gillian Quarmby
These programs will combine a fun, high intensity mix of skills and sport specific fitness. Each week, develop a new skill and push yourself to better your netball.

Engage with senior representative coaches and elite players, build your own program and make the off-season work for you!

Squads will consist of Years 7-8 students (60 min session) and Years 9-11 students (90 min session).
We are offering sessions on a Monday (20 spots available) and Wednesday night (40 spots available)

All 2016 IGSSA netball players will be emailed a registration form before the holidays or you can email Mr Mark Everingham for more information.

Sessions will be opened up to non-Abbotsleigh students so please get in quick.

Year 9 students are invited to take part in a six-week introduction to a Rugby 7s program run by NSW Rugby.  Interested students should email expressions of interest to Mr Mark Everingham for the Thursday evening sessions.
