Zumba
Zumba is an exhilarating, calorie burning, Latin inspired way to exercise and have fun. Zumba classes combine Latin and international music with dance. You don’t need to know how to dance and you control how fast and how hard you want to go. Laughter, fun and fitness guaranteed!
 
Yoga
Do you want to feel fitter, stronger and more flexible? Do you want to create more balance, harmony and peace in your life? Practising yoga postures, breathing exercises and mindfulness meditation makes you healthier and happier in body, mind and spirit – which is why, for thousands of years, people have been practising yoga for its therapeutic benefits.
 
Adult swim squad
Classes aim to encourage social participation and the development of all swimming skills for those interested in improving fitness, health and swimming ability. Adult squad classes are held on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6.30 pm.
 
Aqua aerobics and lap swimming
Aqua aerobics is a non-weight bearing exercise which uses water as a resistance for a total body workout. Aqua has an emphasis on cardio, toning and flexibility and is suitable for new participants, rehabilitation, pregnant women and athletes. Several lanes are open for lap swimming in the mornings and afternoons throughout the week.

Tennis lessons
